Yoga Flow for All - Mondays 0930-1030 and Tuesdays, 6-7pm
Yoga Flow is for anyone who wants to bring Yoga into their lives. Yoga is hugely beneficial to everyone, from the very fit to the very unfit and everyone can practice yoga in some form or another.
Yoga Flow is the practice of bringing yoga poses (asanas) together to form flowing movements to music. The sessions always begin with meditation to set our intention and end with relaxation to leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, balanced and relaxed.
Mondays is a course of 4 weeks, bookable in blocks. We start a new course on Monday 28th Feb. Tuesday can be booked weekly. Booking is essential, please book before attending.
