I started Sam's Fit4Birth classes soon after my 12 week scan. I have always felt confident that all the exercises we do are safe for both me and my baby. The classes are varied and we get a proper workout.

I’ve been going to Sam’s FitMum classes since my son was three months old. I absolutely love them and always come out feeling like I’ve worked hard. Sam is so welcoming and all the mums are very friendly. I highly recommend the classes to anyone who is looking to get back into fitness after having a baby. Sam’s postnatal fitness knowledge is second to none and I have learnt so much about what I should and shouldn’t be doing postnatally, which will benefit me in the long run!

Fit mum has been a great way for me to start exercising again after having my baby. As I have separation of my stomach muscles from my pregnancy I needed to be careful about what type of exercise I did. Sam showed me the best type of exercises to do to begin to heal my stomach and ensure I didn't damage it any further.

It's been a fun way to keep fit and it's great that you can bring your baby with you.

I joined the Fitmum classes while I was in the area for a month and loved them. Sam is brilliant and very knowledgeable, the class was tough (but manageable) and the ladies in the class were incredibly welcoming.

Fitmum

Fitmum is great! Sam has made me motivated and has taught me the correct exercises and diet that I need to do to lose my baby weight. It's good fun and it's lovely to be able to take part with your baby by your side. Sam definitely puts us through our paces but the results are so worth it.
