I joined the Fitmum classes while I was in the area for a month and loved them. Sam is brilliant and very knowledgeable, the class was tough (but manageable) and the ladies in the class were incredibly welcoming.

Fit mum has been a great way for me to start exercising again after having my baby. As I have separation of my stomach muscles from my pregnancy I needed to be careful about what type of exercise I did. Sam showed me the best type of exercises to do to begin to heal my stomach and ensure I didn't damage it any further.
It's been a fun way to keep fit and it's great that you can bring your baby with you.
I never realised quite how unfit I was until I started fitmum! I ache for days afterwards but it's a very satisfying feeling knowing I have worked muscles that haven't been used in months! The class is very enjoyable, and it's definitely a bonus being able to bring your baby with you!
